Practice settings

This website describes Adam Wright’s work across several distinct professional settings. Consulting and coaching may be provided through Adam’s independent practice or, for selected engagements, through Strata Performance, led by Dr. Jonathan Fader.

New York psychotherapy is provided through Union Square Practice, an authorized clinical setting. New Jersey psychotherapy is provided through the New Jersey Consultation Center under an approved plan of supervision.

The applicable practice, engagement structure, supervision, consent documents, privacy practices, and billing arrangement are identified before services begin.

Scope of practice

Performance consulting and executive coaching are non-clinical services and do not constitute mental health treatment.

Psychotherapy is provided only through supervised clinical arrangements and only to clients physically located in New York or New Jersey at the time of service.

Exercise-science and strength-and-conditioning credentials inform work with physiology, training load, recovery, and performance behavior. Needs outside scope are referred to the appropriate licensed provider.

Privacy

Information submitted through the contact form is processed by the website hosting and form provider so Adam can review, respond to, and route the inquiry to the appropriate professional setting. It is not sold or used for marketing.

Website forms cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security required for clinical communication. Do not submit protected health information, crisis information, or detailed clinical history. If an engagement begins, the applicable practice will provide its own consent and privacy materials.
