For clinical services, privacy practices and informed consent are governed by the applicable supervised clinical practice setting and will be reviewed prior to treatment beginning. Do not submit protected health information, crisis information, or detailed clinical history through this website's contact form.

Scope of Practice

Performance consulting and leadership coaching are non-clinical services. They do not constitute mental health treatment. They are available regardless of geographic location.

Clinical therapy is provided only through supervised clinical arrangements. It is available only to clients physically located in New York or New Jersey at the time of service.

Exercise science and strength-and-conditioning credentials inform my work with physiology, training load, recovery, and performance behavior. When appropriate, I may provide exercise, conditioning, or performance guidance within my training and certification scope. I do not diagnose or treat injury or disease, provide physical therapy, prescribe medical nutrition therapy, or provide medical clearance. When a client's needs fall outside my scope, I refer to or coordinate with the appropriate licensed provider.
