Begin a private conversation.
Not a sales call. A conversation about fit, what you’re dealing with, whether this is the right context, and if not, where to go instead.
Most people arrive here through a referral.
This site is meant to give you a clearer sense of the work before we speak. There is no package to buy. No pressure to decide. A conversation, if it seems right.
What the work feels like
This is not a motivational relationship. It is not a protocol. And it is not someone handing you a better mindset.
The work is slower, sharper, and more specific than that.
We look closely at what is actually happening: how your body carries pressure, how your attention changes when consequence rises, what you avoid, what you overcontrol, what you perform, and what keeps showing up despite how much you already understand.
I will be direct. I will not reduce you to the presenting problem. And I will not pretend that high performance is separate from the person carrying it.
Why high performers often wait
Self-reliance is part of the identity. Getting support can feel like contradiction — as if needing help undermines the competence that got you here.
There is also skepticism of coaching culture, and a reasonable fear of wasting time on something generic.
This is not that. The work is specific, private, and built around what is actually happening — not a framework applied from the outside.
All inquiries are handled discreetly. I respond personally. If it seems like a fit, we schedule a 30-minute conversation to determine scope and direction.
Frequently asked
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is non-clinical and focuses on execution, decision-making, and performance systems. Clinical therapy is slower, deeper work. Both are available but structurally distinct.
Do you work with people outside New York and New Jersey?
Consulting and coaching are available regardless of location. Clinical therapy requires that you be physically located in New York or New Jersey at the time of service.
What does the first conversation involve?
A 30-minute conversation to understand what you are dealing with, determine whether this is the right context, and clarify what kind of work would be useful. No commitment required.
